For The Dubai Expo 2020, this ‘National Pavilion of Egypt’ is to clearly illustrate the Culture and Heritage of the Egyptian people and act as a physical representation of their national identity within this international exposition. 

The Department of Culture and Tourism has identified a site, within their Affection Plan of Manarat Al Saadiyat, on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi for the building to return to. The selected Pavilion designers and appointed building contractors are to consider this relocation process, dual contexts, services connections and the construction code compliances of both The Emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
