Within the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi Mussafah (ICAD II), Control Industrial Co Ltd. successfully developed a 364m x 484m plot located adjacent to the sea. The site was prepared to accommodate heavy steel construction industry facilities. 

The plot, situated on reclaimed land, was leveled and graded with a slight slope from south to north, terminating at a 580-meter-long jetty designed for heavy-duty loading and unloading operations. The site surface was finished with appropriate catch material to ensure durability and stability.
