The ATLANTIC Hotel SAIL City (official spelling) is a four-star hotel in Bremerhaven , which is part of the hotel cooperation Atlantic Hotels, part of the Zech Group . With a total height of 147 meters and 23 floors (without peak 86 meters) it is the highest accessible building in the country of Bremen.

The hotel, built between 2006 and 2008, is located in the Alter Hafen / Neuer Hafen area, directly on the river Weser-Deich next to the Klimahaus Bremerhaven and the German Schiffahrtsmuseum and is intended to boost tourism in the city as part of the haven worlds.

The seaside hotel, designed by the Klumpp architects in Bremen, has a restaurant on the ground floor, meeting rooms and a conference room with a panoramic view on the 19th floor: the Captains Lounge. The hotel, located in the lower 8 floors of the building, has 120 rooms. The floors 9 to 17 are rented as office space, the 18th floor is occupied by the building technology. The visitors’ terrace, also accessible from the outside, is located on the 20th floor at 77 meters. From there, you reach stairs to a second observation platform, 86 meters high. The two-storey underground garage is operated together with the Klimahaus.

In the summer of 2008, the two-storey extension for the Conference Center Bremerhaven was completed with six further conference rooms for up to 550 participants.
