The proposed project Marina District is located west of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. Phase 1 of Marina District will be developed covering an area of approximately 417,236 m2. It is envisioned to host a variety of developments including residential appartments, offices, retail facilities, hotels, cultural, civic facilities and New York University Abu Dhabi Branch. The proposed development will be integrated with the overall master plan of Marina District to meet the vision of developer. Utility plots and pragmatic facilities are carefully located and considered for both visual quality and adjacency to sensitive land uses within the community.

KN Intl. has been appointed by Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company (ADSSC) to provide overview consultancy services for both design review and construction overview stages of the sewerage infrastructure works related to the project including deep sewerage netowrk ranging from 900mm to 1400mm diamter pipe and up to 15m in depth. Microtunneling method will be used for the project.
