The Point Development is located at the very top of Saadiyat Island and the proposed development site covers approximately 148 hectares. The revised population for The Point Development will be around 11,759 persons which consist predominantly of residential villa and apartment occupants and from the community facilities within the development.

The sewerage network has been designed based on Abu Dhabi standards in what relates to wastewater infrastructure. The development has been divided into four different phases.

KN Intl. has been appointed by Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company (ADSSC) to provide overview consultancy services for both design review and construction overview stages of the sewerage infrastructure works related to the project including gravity pipe works, manholes, plot connections, two pumping stations and pressurized mains.
