Yas Marina Circuit (YMC), renowned as one of the world’s most technologically advanced Formula 1® circuits and a hub for motorsports in the Middle East, hosts the Abu Dhabi Formula 1® Grand Prix. Located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE, YMC is exclusively operated by Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management (ADMM). The completed track modification project has successfully elevated the Yas Marina Circuit’s racing dynamics, introducing more overtaking zones and making the track experience more thrilling for racers and audiences.

Scope of Work:

    • ✔ Asphalt Package
    • ✔ MEP Track Services
    • ✔ IT & Sporting Package
    • ✔ Track Lighting
    • ✔ Civil Work Package including:
      • ▸ Track Gantry Foundation and Relocation
      • ▸ Retaining wall
      • ▸ Track Drainage and Barrier
      • ▸ Stormwater
      • ▸ Track Concrete Kerbs
      • ▸ Utility Encasement
    • ▸ Landscaping and Irrigation

Scope of Work:

  • Led, managed, and coordinated all communications and interactions among the Lead Designer, Engineer/Technical Consultant, Track Lighting Contractor, Soil Improvement Consultant, and stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery of design outputs. 
  • Directed and managed the procurement of the Main Contractor, providing strategic recommendations for work packaging, tendering, and advance procurement to optimize project efficiency. 
  • Oversaw and led the Construction and Supervision phases, ensuring smooth and effective execution of all project components. 
  • Managed the Commissioning, Completion, and Handover phases, including the Final Account close-out, to ensure a seamless transition and successful project completion. 
  • Developer: Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management (ADMM)
  • Construction Value: AED 42 million / EUR 10.6 million
