The new Higher Colleges of Technology campus in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi, with its unique and contemporary design, aligns with Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 by providing a world-class academic and research environment. The campus, spanning a plot area of 220,000 m², is designed to accommodate over 10,000 students with separate wings for male and female students. It features various supporting facilities, including cafeterias, coffee shops, retail outlets, a library, prayer rooms, and a clinic. 

Courtyards within the campus are thoughtfully designed to enhance natural lighting in the buildings and create serene gathering areas for students. The headquarters, auditorium, and sports center buildings showcase a distinctive architectural design that embodies HCT’s values of creativity, innovation, and excellence. 

The campus includes several recreational areas with sports courts, gymnasiums, and an indoor swimming pool. The project’s components are seamlessly connected through a carefully planned landscape design, fostering an enriched educational environment while encouraging social interaction and outdoor activities.
