This project is the first Police Offers’ Housing Projects in Al Ain - Al Daher as a ‘Starter Kit’ of 41 Villas. The master plan for the development of the entire project site will encompass eight clusters of 41 villas each. The same 4- and 5 bedroom villa prototypes as in the area of Abu Dhabi Mussafah will be built.

The villas will be arranged according to UPC Planning guidelines for ‘Emirati Housing’, the “fareej” principle along ring roads which create highly efficient residential clusters with semi-public green in walking distance. Each neighborhood gets a small community park surrounded by dwellings in order to provide safe play areas for children.

Water features such as “Falaj-Water runs” and shaded footpaths are reminiscence to the nearby Al Ain Oasis. They are to be found in central ‘Green Spine’ connecting all future construction phases of residential clusters with community facilities such as neighborhood mosques, shops, kindergarten and schools etc.

The services provided include the master planning, design and tendering of the 4 and 5 bedroom villa prototypes, design and tendering of all related infrastructure works as well as site supervision for the project budged of 100 m AED – 41 nos. villas for the current stage and 840 m AED – 347 nos. villas for future stages.
