Mubadala intends to build a leadership development centre next to its existing Al Mamoura facilities in Muroor area. The development foresees 100 keys accommodation, conference centre, gym, restaurants, cafes, ‘sky-bridge’, lecturing halls and fully automated car parking system for up to 760 cars.

The unique design approach with single standing accommodation towers incl. panoramic elevators to top roof gym and ‘think tank’ (lecturing facilities) placed on landscaped garden on top of parking podium creates a new landmark building ensemble with good advertising and PR effect to the Client yet providing ‘estidama’ key qualities to the neighbourhood too.
