Abu Dhabi Ports has signed a 50-year agreement with the Jiangsu Provincial Overseas Cooperation & Investment Company (JOJIC) to take a lease on 2.2 square kilometers (0.8 square miles) at the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD). The project is situated in Khalifa Industrial Zone, Al Taweelah, Abu Dhabi.

JOCIC and CPPE (China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Corp.) has appointed KN International to provide the Design Consultancy Services for the said project.

The scope of services includes, design, permitting and preparation of tender documents and supervision of the following:

• Internal Road Network, pavement and on-street parking
• Potable Water Network
• Combined Waste Water Network
• Power Supply Network
• Storm Water Network
• Fire & Water Network
• Telecom Network
• Street Lighting Network
• Streetscape
