With its unique contemporary design, the new campus of the Higher College of Technology in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi, will contribute to Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 by offering a world-class academic and research environment. The development will accommodate more than 10,000 students on a plot area of 220,000 m² and host two separate campus wings for male and female. It will be supported by different facilities such as cafeterias, coffee shops, retail, library, prayer rooms, clinic, etc. Courtyards are designed to enhance the natural lighting inside the campus building and to create a peaceful gathering area for the students.

The distinctive design for the HQ, auditorium and sports center buildings will make it the perfect profile for the HCT values of creativity, innovation and excellence.

The several recreational areas contain multiple sports courts, gymnasiums and indoor swimming pool. The project components are tied together through well studied landscape design which will enhance the education environment and encourages social interaction and outdoor activities.
