KN International very well understood the project scope as a landscape design, which is conforming to be local semiarid conditions in Abu Dhabi. Therefore, three different types of landscape design (natural xeriscape, designed xeriscape and irrigated landscape) were provided:

• The irrigated landscape was located around the office building and the main access road. This area was designed in a representative and decorative way.
• Designed xeriscape area was designed as a rocky landscape with scattered arid plants. This designed xeriscape area improved aesthetics while preserving much of the costs and maintenance effort.
• To reduce water consumption the major part of the site was designed as natural xeriscape landscape area.
