The design language of this landmark project utilises three mixed use of residential | hotel apartments | hospitality & commercial towers merging to one to support a water bowl shaped crown. The towers are designed to accommodate 500 apartments, with public facilities being housed within the crown. To maximise the economy of this 350m high structure, a steel based construction system was used, to give a total GFA of 120.000 sqm.

The distinctive design of this unique tower will not only be technically unrivaled, but also provide an iconic addition to Abu Dhabi’s growing skyline and is celebrating design excellence throughout the corniche.

This tower is designed for a prime site at the corniche in Abu Dhabi and gives distinctions between the sky | existing water and the existing park.

Each tower will be accessed individuality but the architectural design gives also response for a combine 1 tower unit as developed in a “one-of-a-kind” building.

The top crown houses natural landscaped areas with trees and other vegetarian, pool landscaped areas for relaxing and enjoying as well as a stunning 3600 view of Abu Dhabi.
