Bauer Geotechnical Specialized Foundation LLC have signed a Mustaha Agreement with KIZAD to invest in Plot Number KH1A5-12 (PASMA 1061). The plot area is 58,057.30 m2•

The purpose for this investment is to develop a yard in order to maintain and repair own equipment, tools and accessories as well as storage facility for the required spare parts.

The proposed yard contain following structure:
• Workshop
• Welding Workshop
• Spare Parts Store
• Substation
• Diesel Storage
• Fire Pump House
• Hydrojet Shed
• BG and Crane Section
• Roads
• Infrastructure

The facility is surrounded by a boundary wall all around with one entrance I exit gate at one side and exit gate for the heavy vehicles on the other side. Refer to the general layout drawing enclosed.
