KN International has been appointed by Ministry of Public Works (MoPW) to provide consultancy services to provide associated infrastructure works for the public housing projects at Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah emirate.

This initiative is embedded in the MoPW’s long-term, holistic development program “Northern Emirates - Plan 2030”, which aims to enhance and supply the remote areas with public housing, infrastructure and service facilities.

The scope includes infrastructure for 100 residential plots with the following:
• 3,900m of roads
• Storm water system
• Sewerage network
• Reed bed sewerage treatment plant, 175m3/d
• Potable water network
• Power network
• Utilities ducts
