Al Dhaher Park is located in east side of Ali Ain City, near to truck road and beside Al Khurair Area. Total Area of the Park is approx. 55,000 m2. The project aims to achieve a facility which is sustainable, healthy, secured and with comfortable occupation environment.

For this project, the Abu Dhabi General Services Company trading as “Musanada” has trusted KN International to prepare its feasibility study, detailed design and tender documents, as well as to supervise its entire construction. The scope of work includes the following services:

 Master Plan
 Interactive area, multi-purpose courts, exercise stations, kids playground, maze, amphitheater, wide picnic lawns and cycle/jogging track
 Building facilities (toilet buildings, main gate, pumping stations, substation, and prayer hall)
 Landscape design
 Irrigation design
 Potable water design
 Power & lighting design
 CCTV system design
