The outdoor landscaping works at ZonesCorp Main Centre created a safe, comfortable, and visually appealing landmark destination for local users. This project highlights ZonesCorp’s dedication to sustainable environmental development, sound economic decision-making, and enhancing the community’s quality of life. 

The site spans approximately 95,700 sqm in the Abu Dhabi Industrial Area, Mussafah. It incorporates innovative and sustainable design principles to encourage healthy living within a dynamic business and social environment, thereby enhancing the ‘liveability’ of the community. The landscaping improvements provide open, functional spaces where workers and visitors can easily, safely, and comfortably navigate between buildings, roads, and parking areas. These spaces cater to various social activities, organized events, and cultural needs, ensuring an inclusive, user-friendly experience.
