The Yas Beach Club Development on Yas Island, spanning approximately 66,000 square meters, has been successfully completed as a unique, mixed-use destination in Abu Dhabi. KN served as the Lead Consultant, delivering the design for Phase 1, which includes a bar and restaurant, lap pool, infinity pool, VIP cabanas, DJ booth and stage, administration area, VIP lounges, and locker rooms. Phase 2 features a sports club, restaurant, pools for both children and adults, bars, and an expanded administration area. 

This distinctive project, strategically positioned on Yas Island, provides comprehensive beach facilities with a focus on practicality, guest privacy, accessibility, and security. KN’s innovative approach, using light gauge steel structures, enabled completion within a strict six-month timeline, achieving both efficient construction and high-quality design.
