The concept design developed by KN for ZonesCorp Main Centre at ICAD I is to set a benchmark example for improving the aesthetics, practicality and environmental condition of outdoor spaces in Abu Dhabi. To celebrate ZonesCorp as a respected ‘higher corporation’ entity within the UAE, KN’s proposed a ‘landmark’ landscape setting to market and showcase ZonesCorp, demonstrating their commitment to sustainable development of the environment, sound economic decision making and a high quality of life for the community’.

The site is approximately 95,700 sq metres, located in Abu Dhabi Industrial Area in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. There are many character precincts proposed including the iconic Festival Area for the site, pictured above. The landscape improvement will create open spaces where ZonesCorp workers and visitors can move easily, safely and comfortably between buildings, roads and parking areas.
