Based on the initiative of the German Embassy Abu Dhabi and related organizations, the house of Germany Abu Dhabi shall represent a state of the art combined administrative, business and cultural centre, giving host to main German institutions and facilities. Design & construction will document as “zero emission” building promoting the latest building physics technologies and materials.

The house of Germany will function as a modern, advanced point of economic, cultural and social focus, depicting Germany’s role and commitment to progressive and innovative development on international scale.

The anticipated location for the house of Germany is located in Khalidiya, near to the corniche, a central location close to other prestigious new developments.

KN International “zero emission approach” is envisaged to create a pilot project in terms of sustainability and environmental friendly development, using suitable and efficient technologies and advanced building physics and materials, aiming for emission-free operation of the building during its cycle of life.
